Fizzy drinks, juicy drinks, sweet buns, cakes, cereal, yoghurt, sweets, chocolates, and ice cream are a few of the main foods kids are getting their sugar from. 


Too much in anything is bad for anyone. Too much sugar can lead to some serious and harmful health issues. This can lead to weight gain and serious diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, and cancers. Due to tooth decay in the UK, a child has a tooth removed in the hospital every ten minutes.
